Deposit of School Fees for Admitted Students of DPS Paradip Refinery.
There are 3 mode of Payment of school fees approved by the Management which can be availed by all parents & guardians. Admission Number is the key to deposit your fees , hence kindly input the correct admission number .
OPTION 1 : Online via SBI –collect System –E-Receipt
OPTION 2 : Cash deposit at SBI Refinery Colony Branch at IOCL Paradip Township via School Fee Book .
OPTION 3 : Cheque Deposit (Only CTS 2010 cheques) at SBI Refinery Colony Branch at IOCL Paradip Township via School Fee Book. (Any cheque that bounces , this facility shall be withdrawn from the concerned admission number )
Online via SBI –Collect System : Implementation of SBI COLLECT (An Online E-collection portal) for the first time in Paradip .
This is for information of all the parents and guardians of this Institute that online fees collection system has been introduced for deposit of School dues. Hence there shall not be any need to visit the Bank to deposit cash or pay the School dues by means of cheque. This will further prevent you from carrying cash to deposit at the Bank thereby eliminating wastage of waiting time at the Bank. Therefore, the parents/guardians are encouraged to remit School dues electronically using internet facility and with any of the following payment modes;
- ATM-cum-Debit card
- Net Banking
- Credit Card
Anyone can use facilities defined at (a), (b) & (c) above availed by him from any of his banker (SBI and NON SBI ) . These payment modes effect credit to school account on an online mode. Once the payment is completed successfully a copy of the e-Receipt should be printed and submitted to the School office as proof of payment. In this connection, the steps to be followed are given in the Annexure A for wide circulation among all concerned.
Procedure for depositing School dues online using State Bank Collect facility
STEPS 1 Visit online banking website of SBI by typing https://www.onlinesbi.com in the address bar of the internet explorer. Once the home page appears click on ‘State Bank Collect’ tab. Accept the disclaimer clause and click on “Proceed”.
STEP 2 Select the State of Corporate/Institution as ‘Odisha’.
- Select type of Corporate/Institution as ‘Educational Institutions’ and click on ‘Go’.
- Now select Educational Institution Name as ‘Delhi Public School, Pradeep Refinery’ from the drop down box and click on ‘Submit’.
STEP 3 Select the required payment category from the drop down i.e.
- IOCL Dependants OR
- Non-IOCL Students, as the case may be.
STEP 4 Fill in the challan with required information as asked for or select from the drop down options wherever available. Take adequate care while filling in (a) Admission Number (b) Name (c) Date of Birth & (d) Mobile Number as asked for in the lower part of the screen. This information is important to reprint the e-Receipt subsequent to any successful payment. Once required data is filled in click on ‘Submit’.
STEP 5 The system will ask you to verify the details entered and confirm the transaction in the next page. It also displays the calculated total amount to be paid. Verify the details and click on ‘Confirm’.
STEP 6 The system will request you to select the desired payment mode from various options. Please note that the bank charges for various payment modes are also displayed which shall be borne by the DPS Paradip Refinery School in an effort to encourage E-Collection mode . Select the desired payment mode.
STEP 7 Now the system will guide the remitter through the payment process. Once the payment is completed successfully one e-Receipt is generated containing a Reference Number in PDF format. Take a print out and deposit the same with SBI Refinery Colony branch. You may also save this optionally for future reference. The e-Receipt can also be regenerated/ reprinted afterwards from ‘Payment History’ link of ‘State Bank Collect’.
