Annual Sports Day Celebration
The students of class 9 along with a few teachers went on an educational trip to Khandagiri, Lingaraj Temple and Dhaulagiri located at Bhubaneswar on 10 December,2022. The students enjoyed the visits to these historical places of importance and came home enriched and confident.
The students of class 11 Science, Commerce and Humanities along with a few teachers went on an educational trip to Science Park and National Historical Museum located at Bhubaneswar on 10 December,2022. The students enjoyed the visits to these significant places of importance and came home enriched with practical knowledge of Science, Mathematics and History.
“A day spent with joy is a day well spent “and it was indeed a fun filled Sunday for the students and staff of DPS PR. Baal mela or a children’s fair was organised on 27th November 2022. Everyone gorged on a variety of delicious food items that were available at different food stalls and played number of games that kept them in cheerful spirits. Singing and dancing were also a key feature of this event where children kept surprising the audience with their inherent talents.
On the occasion of Children’s Day an Academic Expo was organized at DPS PR.This day was celebrated with much fun and folic, a special book fair was arranged and a food stall was also put up to bring joy to the disciples of this temple of learning.
Dipsites (batch of class XII Science), along with their teachers, visited NISER, one of India’s best national institutions at Bhubaneswar on 18th November 2022 . With this trip the dipsites took a step forward in their journey of scientific exploration and created memories that they will cherish for a lifetime.
A “Walk for the Cause: to celebrate Eco- friendly Diwali” was organised by DPS in the IOCL Paradip Refinery Township on 23rd October,2022.
NCC cadets, students of Eco-club and four different houses along with the staff members took part in this walk.
Four students of our school Dps Paradip Refinery participated in WMC INDIA JHARKHAND STATE MUAYTHAI RANKING SERIES organised by Jharkhand Muaythai Association in SYMBOISIS PUBLIC SCHOOL, DHANBAD from 15th October 2022 to 16th October 2022.
These students bagged 4 medals in the tournament.
